Triumph TR6 Tires

Right up until the end of the TR6 in 1976 Triumph still fitted 165R15 tires because that is the way they handle best. Triumph were aware that when they released the new TR6, they could have been  seen to be an inovitive sports cvar manufacturer by fitting low profile tires as Jaguar had started to do with the XJ6; but they didn’t; Triumph continued to fit 165R15 tires because that is how the TR6 handles the best.
